The Lives of Hamilton Fish is a cinematic rock opera inspired by a true story.A serial killer and a statesman, both named Hamilton Fish die on the same day -Hamilton Fish II, a descendant of one of the most prominent families in New York State and Hamilton "Albert" Fish, a psychopath and a most notorious child murderer. A newspaper editor publishes their obituaries on his front page and this coincidence becomes his obsession. The film's story is told entirely through songs in the editor's voice as scenes unfold as a surreal tale where supernatural events and historic facts merge in a wild, musical journey.Specific historic sites were shot because of their direct relation to the actual events in the story. Real locations intercut with fabricated sets imagined as abstract paintings, mimicking the makeup style of the actors. Additionally, the character of the editor, is played by Rachel Mason who herself is the film's editor, and tells the story as she developed it in real life, having compiled facts from newspaper clippings over a period of years.The Lives of Hamilton Fish aims to be a new kind of multimedia storytelling combining music, cinema, performance and an exhibition into a theatrical experience, with its foundation in art and song. 看过TVB能找到的资源的警匪片，这一部是目前懒得次数最多的片子。第一部第二部比第三部好看很多，主角人设都一样。看这么多次剧情都会背，不得不说，TVB的行业剧真的很吸引人，不过最近几年，不知道是题材的匮乏还是演员的离开，TVB没有以前看的那种激动。法证先锋真的有一种抽丝剥茧的感觉，它能带着你走进剧情，然后一点点揭开真相，往往很小的细节都是容易被忽略，可是这种细节很有可能就是有力的证据。虽然说现在的TVB怎么样，但对于它的喜欢是无可取代的，虽然吐槽剧情，但还是会很开心看完一部新剧。
